Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos steps down as CEO of E-Commerce giant Amazon.Jeff Bezos handing the reins to Andy Jassy in Summer.

Bezos will transition to the role of Executive this summer.
On Tuesday Jeff Bezos said that he will step down as CEO of Amazon.
"I’m excited to announce that this Quarter3 I’ll transition to Executive Chair of the Amazon Board and Andy Jassy will become CEO. In the Executive Chair role, I intend to focus my energies and attention on new products and early initiatives. Andy is well known inside the company and has been at Amazon almost as long as I have. He will be an outstanding leader, and he has my full confidence.

Bezos future plans are to focus on his Philanthropic Efforts including Bezos Fund and Day 1 Fund. These ventures are focused on Homeless Families and Help Kids get to a school who belongs to a Low-income Community.
Jeff is also crazy about climate change.
He founded Amazon as Onlines Book Selling Store 27 Year Ago. And now it becomes the world E-Commerce giant. Current Net Worth Of Jeff Bezos according to Forbes estimating is $196.2 Billion.
At this time Jeff is now 57 year old. He also founded the aerospace Company Blue Origin in 2000. He also purchased the American Newspaper The Washington Post in 2013 for $250 Million.

Andy Jassy Joined Amazon in 1997 and completed his MBA from Harvard Business School according to the Company. He was the Founder of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
